As far as the Las Vegas Strip goes, there's only a few brewpubs and craft beer-focused establishments.

BREWERIES
Did you know Southern Nevada is home to dozens of craft breweries, taprooms, bottle shops, and brewpubs? The beer scene in Las Vegas has grown quite a bit over the last few years and is continuing to flourish. The majority of these establishments are located off-Strip. We even have our own "Brewery Row" located in the Arts District area of Downtown Las Vegas, just a few minutes from the Strat.
Location, Location, Location...
If you want to include some brewery hopping on your next trip to Vegas, just know that you'll most likely be heading off-Strip. There are two areas that have a high concentration of breweries: Arts District and Henderson. A ride share will be 100% necessary! There are a few other breweries and great beer spots sprinkled throughout the city, but if your goal is to try as many different spots in one go, then stick to these areas.
Arts District
Brewery Row is home to five breweries and a couple other beer-centric stops all within walking distance of each other, making for the most epic beer crawl of your Vegas vacation! There's also plenty of great restaurants and cocktail bars in this area too.
Henderson breweries are broken down into a couple different areas: the Henderson Booze District, which is a walkable business park containing two breweries (as well as a winery, meadery, and distillery!), and the Water Street District in Downtown Henderson with two breweries (about a 10-minute drive from the Booze District).
