Vodka Cocktails
The neutral spirit of Vodka allows for other ingredients to shine. Feel free to use any Vodka brand in place of the ones that I used.
Watermelon Basil Martini
To a shaker add 5 cubes of ripe watermelon, muddle well. Then add:
2 oz Vodka
.5 oz Basil-Infused Simple Syrup
.75 oz Vermouth
Add ice, shake and double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a watermelon wedge
Thai Tea-ni
To a shaker add:
2 oz Vodka
3 oz Thai Tea (chilled or room temp)
1 oz Milk (or cream/non-dairy option)
Add ice, shake, and strain into a martini glass. To make the creamy top layer, you'll froth a little bit of milk and spoon it over the top. Garnish with a single star anise pod.
Elote Martini
Rim half the glass lightly with mayo and dip in a mixture of Tajin and Cotija cheese. To a shaker add:
1.5 oz Vodka
.75 oz Nixta Licor de Elote
.5 oz Lime Juice
2 oz Corn Milk
Add ice, shake and double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with roasted corn wheel and cilantro.
*To make Corn Milk: I roasted two cobs of corn in the oven, then cut off the cob, blended with a splash of water and milk, then pressed through a mesh strainer.
Lychee Rose
To a shaker add 4 lychees and muddle well. Then add:
2 oz Vodka
.5 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Rose Simple Syrup
3 dashes Orange Bitters
Add ice, shake and double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with dried rose petals.
Thin Mint Espresso Martini
Rim your glass with dark chocolate sauce, then dip in crushed Thin Mint cookies.
To a shaker add:
2 oz Vodka
.5 oz Coffee Liqueur
.5 oz Mint Simple Syrup
1 oz Espresso (chilled)
.5 oz Half & Half
3 drops of Chocolate Bitters
Add ice, shake well, and strain into your glass.
Boozy Bubble Tea
To a glass with ice add:
1.5 oz Vodka
.5 oz Amoretti White Peach Lemonade Syrup
2 oz Hafi Plum Peach Green Tea
Top with Kimino Ume Sparkling Juice. Stir and add Boba Pops.
Spring Has Sprung
To a shaker add:
2 oz Pear Vodka
1 oz Strawberry Simple Syrup
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3-4 Basil Leaves (smack it!)
Add ice, shake and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a basil leaf.
Black & Blue
To a shaker add .5 oz Ribena and a few blackberries and blueberries, muddle well. Then add:
1.5 oz Vodka
.75 oz Lemon Juice
.75 oz St Germain
Add ice, shake and strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with blackberries and a lemon peel.
Vodka Cherry Limeade
Add 5-6 dark cherries (pits removed) to a shaker and muddle. Then add:
2.5 oz Vodka
.75 oz Lime Juice
Add ice, shake, and strain into a glass with ice. Top with Fever Tree tonic water and garnish with a lime wedge and cherry.
Strawberry Negroni
To a glass add:
1 oz Strawberry Infused Gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Add ice, stir, and strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube or sphere. Garnish with an orange peel and strawberry slice.
Royal-tea
To a shaker add:
1.5 oz Gin
.5 oz St Germain
1 oz Earl Grey Tea (chilled)
.5 oz Lemon Juice
05 oz Honey Syrup
Add ice, shake and strain into a teacup. Garnish with a honey spoon.
Blueberry G&T
To a glass with ice add:
2 oz Blueberry Infused Gin
.5 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz St Germain
Top almost all the way with Tonic, stir, then add .5 oz Blue Curacao. Garnish with Blueberry Boba Pops and lime.
Farmer's Market
To a shaker add:
2 oz Gin
.75 oz Farmer's Jam Strawberry Lemon Syrup
.5 oz Nixta
.5 oz Lemon Juice
Smack two mint leaves and add to shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass and top with fresh cracked pepper.
Gin & Bear It
Rim glass with citrus and dip into strawberry sugar. To a shaker add 2 ripe, sliced strawberries and .5 oz Honey Syrup and muddle. Then add:
1 oz Blood Orange Juice
1 oz Barr Hill Gin
.5 oz Barr Hill Tom Cat Gin
3 dashes of Toasted Almond Bitters
Add ice, shake, and strain into glass with ice. Top with Soda Water.
MGM
To a shaker add:
2 oz Tanqueray Ten Gin
.5 oz Dry Vermouth
.5 oz St Germain
.75 oz Midori
.75 oz Lime Juice
Add ice, shake, and strain into a glass. Garnish with lime peel "lion paw."
Gin Cocktails
Gin, the amped up version of Vodka, is one of my favorite spirits to use in cocktails. Gin can be citrusy, herbaceous, and floral, which may be too overpowering for some palates. Feel free to substitute Vodka in place of the Gin if that's the case for you!
Spa Day
To a shaker add 3 cucumber slices, muddle well. Then add:
1.5 oz Empress Gin
.5 oz St Germain
2-3 dashes Lavender Bitters
Add ice, shake and strain into a glass with a single ice sphere (or cube). Top with Aura Bora Lavender Cucumber Sparkling Water
For the garnish, thinly slice a cucumber lengthwise and wrap it inside the glass.
Amethyst
To a glass with ice add:
1.5 oz Orange Juice
.75 oz Lavender Honey Syrup
2 dashes Lavender Bitters
Fill glass almost completely with Club Soda, gently stir, then top with 2 oz Empress Gin. Garnish with an orange peel.
Dill Pickle Gin & Tonic
To a glass with ice add:
2 oz Gin
Pickle brine (adjust to your taste and add anywhere from .5 oz to 2 oz)
Top with tonic water
Garnish with a dill sprig and pickle spear. I highly recommend making your own pickles/brine for this drink versus store bought!
Whiskey Cocktails
Whiskey, Bourbon, Scotch... whichever you prefer, can create a bold, full-flavored cocktail with whiskey as your base. Feel free to use whatever brand you'd like, however I'd recommend sticking to a lower proof, less expensive bottle for cocktails.
Hot Date
To a shaker add:
2 oz Whiskey
1/2 oz Date Syrup
Single slice of habanero pepper (seeds removed)
Add ice, shake and strain into a rocks glass with a single ice cube or sphere. Garnish with slice of habanero pepper.
Bourbon Winter Mule
To a copper mug add:
2 oz Cranberry Pomegranate Juice
2 oz Bourbon
Fresh Squeezed Lime
Add ice, stir, and top with Ginger Beer. Garnish with mint sprig and pomegranate seeds.
Peachy Mint Julep
Add about 5 mint leaves to a glass with .5 oz Peach Syrup and lightly muddle. Then add 2 oz Bourbon and crushed ice. Stir well until glass is chilled.
Just Chai Me
To a shaker add:
2 oz Barenjager Honey & Bourbon
1 oz Pear Juice
.5 oz Lime Juice
.75 oz Chai Concentrate
Add ice, shake, and strain into a glass with ice. Top with Ginger Beer. Garnish with a pear slice.
Beary Poppins
To a glass with ice, add:
1.5 oz Barenjager Honey & Bourbon
1.5 oz Black Tea (chilled)
.5 oz Peach Nectar
.5 oz Lemon Juice
Stir and top with Ginger Beer and garnish with Peach Liqueur-filled Boba Pops.
Blueberry Pie
To a shaker add:
Rim the glass with blueberry pie filling, then dip into crushed pie crust. To a shaker add:
8-10 Blueberries
.75 oz Orange Juice
.75 oz Black Currant Syrup
Muddle then add:
.75 oz Amaretto
1.5 oz RD One Amburana Bourbon
Add ice, shake, and strain into a glass with ice.
Beer Fashioned
To a mixing glass with ice add:
2 oz Bourbon
.5 oz Caramelized Banana Syrup
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Stir and strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Top with Witbier or Hefeweizen, and garnish with an orange peel.
Keeper's Coffee
To an Irish coffee mug add:
1.5 oz Keeper's Heart
.75 Stout Syrup
Fill with hot coffee and stir. Top with whiskey whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
Rye't on Thyme
To a mixing glass with ice add:
1.5 oz Rye
1 oz Amaro Montenegro
.5 oz Honey Thyme Syrup
.75 oz Lemon Juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Stir, then strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Use a cocktail smoking kit to add smoke, and garnish with thyme.
Tequila/Mezcal Cocktails
Blanco, Reposado, or Anejo, Tequila can be used for more than margaritas (although I do love putting a twist on a classic)! And Tequila's smokey cousin, Mezcal, can create some really unique cocktails.
Kiwi Rita
Rim glass with salt (if desired). In a glass or mixing tin muddle 1-2 ripe kiwis then add:
2 oz Tequila
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
Add ice, shake, and pour all contents into a glass. Garnish with kiwi wheel.
Smokey Pineapple Paloma
Rim glass with Tajin (if desired). To a shaker add:
2 oz Mezcal
1 oz Pineapple Juice
.5 oz Lime Juice
Add ice, shake, and strain into a glass with ice. Top with Q Mixers Sparkling Grapefruit. Garnish with pineapple leaves.
Pineapple Cilantro Margarita
To a shaker add 5 chunks of ripe pineapple and muddle. Then add:
2.5 oz Tequila
.5 oz Simple Syrup or Agave
.5 oz Lime Juice
About 2 tbsp cilantro (stem removed)
Add ice, shake, and strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with a pineapple heart and cilantro sprig.
Autumn Margarita
Add 4-5 baked cinnamon apples to a shaker and muddle. Then add:
1.5 oz Reposado Tequila
1.5 oz Cran Apple Juice
.75 oz Lime Juice
.75 oz Orange Liqueur
Add ice, shake, and double strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with a cinnamon apple.
Fall in Oaxaca
To a shaker add:
1.5 oz Mezcal
.75 oz Coffee Liqueur
.5 oz Orange Juice
.5 oz Cream of Coconut
2 dashes Chocolate bitters and Orange bitters
1 Egg White
Dry shake, then add ice and shake again. Double strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with a dried orange wheel.
Friggatriskaidekaphobia
Rim a glass with salt. To a shaker add:
2 oz Mezcal
.5 oz Nixta Licor de Elote
.75 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Agave
Add one capsule of activated charcoal to make it black. Add ice, shake, and strain into the glass with ice. Top with Sparkling Yuzu Water. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
Tropicana
Add a large ice cube to a glass and add 1 oz Orange Juice, then set aside. To a shaker add:
1.5 oz Blanco Tequila
.5 oz Orange Liqueur
.5 oz Coconut Cream
1 oz Coconut Milk
.5 oz Lime Juice
Add ice, shake, and strain into the glass and slowly pour in .5 oz Amoretti Passion Orange Guava syrup.
Orange You Glad I Said Tequila
To a shaker add:
1.5 Reposado Tequila
1.5 oz Orange Juice
.75 oz Orange Liqueur
.5 oz Lime Juice
1-2 barspoons Orange Marmalade
Add a few orange segments and jalapeno slices (seeds removed), then add ice, shake, and strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with an orange and jalapeno slice.
Smoked Tequila Toddy
To a mug add:
1.5 oz Reposado Tequila
1 oz Black Pepper Honey Syrup
.75 oz Lemon Juice
3 oz Hot Lemon Ginger Tea
2 dashes Black Lemon Bitters
Stir, then add a cinnamon stick and lemon wheel. Smoke with a cocktail smoker.
Sugar & Spice
Rim glass with cinnamon and sugar mixture then add:
1.5 oz Whiskey
.75 oz Ginger Brandy
3 oz Pineapple Juice
.5 oz Lime Juice
Add ice, shake, and strain into a coupe glass.
The Lloyd
To a shaker add:
2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Cherry-Infused Spiced Rum
1.5 oz Blood Orange Juice
.75 oz Tea Syrup
Add ice, shake, and double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with cocktail cherries.
*This particular tea is RedRum tea from Get2Steeping, but you could substitute a plain Rooibos tea if you'd like. Make a simple syrup with equal parts water and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved, then add tea and simmer for a few minutes. Strain into a mason jar.
Sweet Heat
To a shaker add:
2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Peach Puree
1 slice Jalapeno
.5 oz Orange Juice
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Add ice, shake, and strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with a dried peach ring and jalapeno slice.
Samoa Martini
Rim glass with chocolate sauce and dip in coconut flakes, then drizzle inside with caramel sauce. To a shaker add:
1.5 oz Spiced Rum
1 oz Mozart Chocolate Cream Liqueur
.5 oz Amaretto
.5 oz Coconut Cream
2 oz chilled Monkey Cult Toasted Coconut Rum Coffee
Add ice, shake, and strain into a martini glass.
Mandalay Bay
To a shaker add:
2 oz White Rum
.5 oz Banana Syrup
.5 oz Ginger Syrup
1 oz Pineapple Juice
.5 oz Lime Juice
Add ice, shake, and strain into a glass with ice. Add gold flakes, and top with Ginger Beer. Garnish with a pineapple chunk.
Cococabana
To a shaker add:
2 oz Bushwacker Coconut Rum Cream
.5 oz Chilled Espresso
.5 oz Amaretto
.5 oz Amaro Montenegro
3 dashes Chocolate Bitters
Add ice, shake, and strain into a martini glass and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Rum/Cognac Cocktails
Rum and Cognac offer an array of sweet, spicy and oaky flavors that can blend well with fruit juices, or stand on their own.
Sidecar
Rim glass with sugar (optional). To a shaker add:
2 oz Cognac
1 oz Cointreau
.75 oz Lemon Juice
Add ice, shake, and strain into a glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
Pineapple Upside Down
To a shaker add:
1.5 oz Dark Cherry Infused Rum
.5 oz Amaretto
3 oz Pineapple Juice
.5 oz Lemon Juice
Add ice, shake, and strain into a glass with ice. Float with .5 oz Dark Rum and garnish with a dried pineapple ring and maraschino cherry.
Smoke on the Water
To a shaker add:
1.5 oz Pineapple Infused Spice Rum
1 oz Pineapple Juice
.5 oz Mezcal
.5 oz Blue Curacao
.5 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Cream of Coconut
Add ice, shake, and strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Holiday Cocktails
Any holiday is worth celebrating with a cocktail! Here's some fun themed drinks to mix up for your loved ones.
Roses are Red, Violets are Blue
In a glass with ice add:
2 oz Hibiscus Infused Gin
1 oz Lychee Juice
.5 oz Lime Juice
Give it a stir, top almost completely with tonic water, then add 1 oz butterfly pea tea. Garnish with a flower.
24 Carrot
Fill a rocks glass with ice, then add 2 oz of Spiced Rum then fill with your favorite carrot juice blend. The one I used in particular was The Juice Standard Bee Grateful with carrot, apple, pineapple. lemon, and ginger. Garnish with a carrot peel ribbon.
French Kiss
To a shaker add:
1.5 oz Mirabeau Gin
.5 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Maraschino Cherry Juice
Add ice, shake, and strain into a glass and top with 3 oz Sparkling Rose. Garnish with a lemon peel heart.
Bourbon Apple Pie Milkshake
To a blender add the following and blend:
2 oz Bourbon
1/3 cup milk
1 slice apple pie
2-3 dashes ground cinnamon
2-3 scoops vanilla ice cream
3 ice cubes
Rim glass with caramel sauce and dip in crushed pie crust. Drizzle inside of your glass with caramel and pour in contents from blender. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
Red, White, & 'Cue
Rim half the glass with citrus, then dip in hickory smoked salt and set aside. To a mixing glass with ice add:
1 oz Ammunition Bourbon
1 oz Ammunition Rye
.5 oz Nixta
.75 oz Molasses Simple Syrup
.25 oz Apple Cider Vinegar
Stir, then strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Use a cocktail smoker to smoke it, and garnish with a baby back rib.
The Devil
To a glass or tin add:
.75 oz Mezcal
.75 oz Campari
.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
.5 oz Orange Juice
.5 oz Red Bell Pepper Syrup
3 dashes Fire Bitters
Add ice and stir, strain into a Port sipper and garnish with two red Tai chilis.
The Witch
Rim glass with lime and dip in purple sugar. Then add:
.75 oz Butterfly Pea Flower Tea (chilled)
.5 oz Creme de Violette
Stir, then add ice to glass. Then to a shaker add:
1.5 oz Gin
.75 oz Midori
.75 oz Lime Juice
Add ice, shake, and slowly strain over the back of a spoon to layer the drink.
The Skeleton
To a shaker add:
2 oz Vodka
.75 oz Blue Curacao
.5 oz Ginger Syrup
.75 oz Lemon Juice
4 dashes Cardamom Bitters
Ad ice, shake, and strain into a glass with ice. Top with tonic water.
The Vampire
To a shaker add:
2 oz Whiskey
1 oz Hibiscus Tea (chilled)
.5 oz Orange Juice
.5 oz Cranberry Juice
1 oz Spice Red Wine Syrup
2 dashes Orleans Bitters
Add ice, shake, and strain into a coupe. Froth one egg white and spoon on top. Garnish with cherry syrup "blood."
The Black Cat
To a glass or tin add:
1.5 oz Black Sesame Seed Infused Rum
2 oz Monkey Cult Toasted Coconut Rum Coffee (chilled)
.5 oz Coffee Liqueur
.75 oz Black Spiced Rum
2 barspoons Amarena Cherry Syrup
Add ice, stir, and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with black licorice "cat ears."
Batini
Rim a chilled coupe glass with black sanding sugar. To a mixing tin or glass add:
3 oz Empress 1908 Gin
.75 Vermouth
.75 Blackberry Simple Syrup
3 dashes Orange Bitters
Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into glass and garnish with blackberries.
Zombie
To a shaker add:
1 oz White Rum
1 oz Spiced Rum
1 oz Dark Rum
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Apricot Puree/Jam
Add ice, shake, and strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with lime, cherry and umbrella.
Children of the Corn Old Fashioned
To a mixing tin or glass add:
2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Nixta Licor de Elote
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice sphere or cube. Garnish with grilled corn.
Arana Negra
To a shaker add:
2 oz Mezcal
.5 oz Amaretto
.75 oz Orange Juice
4 dashes Chocolate Bitters
1 capsule activated charcoal
Add ice, shake, and strain into a rocks glass with ice. To make the creamy layer, froth/whisk coconut cream with a few drops of vanilla extract. Spoon on top of cocktail.
Ghoul's Gone Wild
Mix red food coloring with honey and rim a martini glass. To a shaker add:
1.5 oz Vodka
1.5 oz Midori
.75 oz Cointreau
.75 oz Lemon Juice
Add ice, shake, and strain into the martini glass.
I'm Stuffed
To a shaker add:
1 oz Stuffing-Infused Vodka*
.5 oz Pechuga Mezcal
.5 oz Nixta Licor de Elote
1 oz Cranberry Juice
.5 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Carrot Juice
Add ice, shake, and strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with rosemary.
*To make Stuffing Vodka, add 1 tsp. dried stuffing mix and 1 cup Vodka to a mason jar. Refrigerate and shake a few times. Strain after 24 hours.
Partridge in a Pear Tree
Rim glass with crushed gingerbread cookies. To a shaker add:
1.5 oz Grey Goose La Poire
.5 oz Ginger Brandy
.5 oz Honey Syrup
.75 oz Lemon Juice
1.5 oz Pear Juice
Add ice, shake, and strain into the glass with a large ice sphere/cube. Garnish with a pear slice and star anise pod.
Sugar Plum Fairy
Rinse glass with absinthe and discard, then rim glass with sugar. To a shaker add:
2 oz Blanco Tequila
.5 oz Dry Vermouth
1 oz Creme de Violette
.75 oz Lemon Juice
2 bar spoons of Plum Jam
Add ice, shake, and strain into the glass.
Under the Mistletoe
To a shaker combine:
1.5 oz Jasmine Tea-Infused Gin
3 Basil Leaves
.5 oz Basil Syrup
.75 oz Lime Juice
.75 oz Midori
Add ice, shake, and strain into a glass with ice (I added cranberries to my ice cube tray prior to freezing). Garnish with cranberries and basil.
Christmas Fruitcake
In a mixing glass with ice, add:
2 oz Wheated Whiskey
1 oz Ginger Brandy
.75 oz Rum, Raisin, and Apricot Syrup*
3 dashes Toasted Almond Bitters
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Sire well, and strain into a coupe. Garnish with a piece of fruitcake.
*For Syrup: 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 1/4 cup rum. Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Add dried fruit and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain out fruit and store in a mason jar in the fridge.
Milk & Cookies
To a shaker add:
2 oz Cookie Butter washed Vodka*
.5 oz Amaretto
.25 oz Vanilla Syrup
1 oz Heavy Cream
2 dashes each Orange and Chocolate Bitters
Add ice, shake, and double strain into a coupe. Garnish with a sugar cookie.
*To make Cookie Butter Vodka: combine 1/4 cup cookie butter with 1 cup vodka in a mason jar. Keep at room temp for 1 hour, shake, and refrigerate for 24 hours. Strain out cookie butter.
A Merry Terry's Sidecar
Rim coupe glass with dark chocolate sauce then dip in sugar. To a shaker add:
2 oz Cognac
.5 oz Cointreau
2 oz Orange Juice
3 dashes Chocolate Bitters
Add ice, shake, and strain into glass. Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel.
Cranberry Kiss
To a shaker add:
1.5 oz Gin
.5 oz St Germain
.5 oz Honey Syrup
.5 oz Lime Juice
3 oz Cranberry Juice
2 dashes Cardamom Bitters
Add ice, shake, and strain into a glass with ice. Top with Prosecco and garnish cranberries and a rosemary sprig.
Santa's Little Helper
Smoke rosemary by lighting the tip of the sprig with a lighter/torch, then place glass upside down over sprig on top of a plate to smoke the glass. To a shaker add:
2 oz Rye Whiskey
.5 oz Maple Syrup
.75 oz Lemon Juice
2 sprigs of Rosemary
Add ice, shake, and strain into the glass with one large ice sphere/cube. Garnish with smoked rosemary sprig.
Tea, Coffee & Mocktails

Sparkling Apricot Tea
Brew Apricot Tea and allow to come to room temperature. To a shaker add tea and 1 large spoonful of apricot preserves. Add ice, shake, and strain into a glass with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with dried apricots.
Salted Caramel Kettle Corn Tea Latte
Brew Sheffield Spice & Tea Co State Fair Kettle Corn Tea. Drizzle glass with caramel sauce, add tea, and steamed milk of choice. Top with frothed milk, a pinch of sea salt, caramel drizzle and caramel corn.
Pumpkin Patch Tea
Add ice to a glass and add equal parts brewed Matcha green tea, Thai tea, and milk of choice. Top with frothed milk.
Honey Cinnamon Orange Chai
To a cup add:
4 oz hot Chai tea concentrate
.5 oz Honey Cinnamon Syrup
2 oz Orange Juice
Stir and add 4 oz steamed/frothed milk of choice. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a dehydrated orange wheel.
Honey Bee Mine
To a cup add:
1.5 oz Honey Lavender Syrup
4 oz hot Earl Grey tea
2 oz of steamed/frothed milk of choice

To a cup add:
1 oz Maraschino Cherry Juice
2 Maraschino Cherries, muddled
4 oz hot Chai tea concentrate
5 oz steamed milk of choice
1/4 cup powdered hot chocolate mix
Stir well and top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and a cherry.
Iced Blackberry Matcha Latte
To a glass with ice add:
1 oz Blackberry Simple Syrup
4 oz Matcha green tea
4 oz cold milk of choice
Stir and top with frothed milk foam and blackberries.
Circus Animal Cookie Tea Latte
Brew Sheffield Spice & Tea Co State Fair Kettle Corn Tea, set aside.
Heat milk on stove top and mix in raspberry syrup to reach desired pink hue.
Heat another small amount of milk and 1-2 squares of white chocolate. Stir until chocolate is melted, froth with whisk.
To a cup add tea, then raspberry milk, stir, and top with frothed white chocolate foam. Top with sprinkles and a circus animal cookie.
Banana Bread Chai
Add 4-5 sliced bananas and 4 oz of Chai Concentrate to a pot and heat through. Add 4-5 slices of the banana to oat milk and blend, then heat through in a separate pot.
To a mug, add .5 oz Walnut Caramel Syrup, then add Chai, then steamed banana oat milk. Top with bruleed banana slices.
Cherry Almond Tea Latte
To a mug add:
4 oz brewed Sheffield Spice & Tea Co. Cherry Almond Black Tea
.5 oz Black Cherry Puree
4 dashes Toasted Almond Bitters
Then add .5 oz marashino cherry juice to steamed almond milk and froth with an electric whisk. Pour into mug and garnish with a cherry.

Fill a glass with ice, then add:
2.5 oz chilled Butterfly Pea Flower Tea
.75 oz Honey Syrup
.75 oz Lime Juice
Top with Elderflower Tonic

Fill a glass with ice, then add:
2.5 oz chilled Hibiscus Tea

To make the "easter grass" rim, add a couple drops of green food coloring to shredded coconut and mix. Rim glass with frosting or honey, then dip in coconut.

1 oz Ginger Liqueur
3 oz Irish Breakfast Tea (chilled)
1 spoonful Orange Marmalade
2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
Add ice, shake, and strain into a glass with ice.
Irish Aloha
Fill a glass with ice, then add:
2 oz Jameson Whiskey
.75 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
.5 oz Blue Curacao
Stir, and garnish with a lime wheel, dried pineapple ring and umbrella.
